Melodifestivalen 2015: Semi-final 1.
Yesterday I watched the first semi-final of “Melodifestivalen 2015”. I actually watched it on SVT Play some hours after it had aired so that's why this blog-post is published today and not yesterday.
The hosts of “Melodifestivalen 2015” are last year's winner Sanna Nielsen and the comedian/host Robin Paulsson.
If you're following my blog you may remember that I wrote blog-posts about last year's “Melodifestivalen”. I don't know if any of you liked them but many people watches it after all so that's why I decided to do the same thing this year and it may become a tradition that I'll do every year. I might not watch every final when it airs LIVE but I'll definitely listen to every song and try to publish the blog-posts on the same evening after it have aired.
MY TOP 3 FAVORITES IN SEMI-FINAL 1 WERE:
1. Eric Saade - Sting.
2. Elize Ryd & Rickard Söderberg - One by One.

Elize Ryd & Rickard Söderberg ended up on place 5/7 so they're gone from the competition.
Behrang Miri & Victor Crone ended up on place 3/7 along with another contestant so they will get another chance in the Second chance round.

If you're not from Sweden, “Melodifestivalen” is the Swedish music competition that selects Sweden's entry for “Eurovision Song Contest” every year and the competition consists of four semi-finals, a second chance round and a final where the song that wins will be the entry for “Eurovision Song Contest”. There's a total of 28 songs that competes in “Melodifestivalen” every year, and there's 7 songs in each semi-final.
