Yesterday (Saturday) me and my mom went to the Silja Line terminal to meet up with Katja! She lives in Finland so obviously we had to meet her when she went here (Sweden) on a cruise.

We spent some hours at the café at the terminal and just talked and ate some goodies/food. ♥

And she was so nice and gave me the 2 things on the pictures above; a Hello Kitty bath & shower gel + a Hello Kitty PEZ bag! That was so sweet of her because she really don't have to buy me anything but it was so sweet of her that she did! And obviously she (& everyone else) knows that I love Hello Kitty so that's probably the main reason why she bought me these gifts, and I do love them!

After we had been some hours at the café Katja decided to go back to the boat and we decided to go home. But it was fun to meet her since it was 1 year ago since we met last time. We'll see if she will come here on a cruise again in some months like she talked about or if I will be the one going on a cruise and visit her the next time we meet.

Now when I'm 21 years old I'm allowed to go on cruises to Helsinki with both Viking Line and Silja Line so now I'm able to visit her and also just go on cruises. Otherwise if you're not 21 years old you can only go on your own on cruises with Silja Galaxy (which only goes to Åbo/Turku so it's only for 1 day/23 hours & you can only go on them on weekdays, not on weekends) and maybe Birka as well but I never go with Birka so I don't know for sure what the age limits are. Anyway, now when I'm 21 years old I can go on whatever cruises I want! It's a little weird that you're allowed to fly on your own to another country when you're 18 years old but you can't go on a cruise alone until you're 21 years old. Obviously it's not that dangerous to travel on a airplane but isn't it more dangerous to be in another country on your own than being on a cruise for 2 days/48 hours where you can get help and service whenever you need it? I think so anyway, but rules are rules and now I don't have to care about them since I'm now old enough to go wherever I want but I just think that that's a little weird.
