Kawaii Box August 2014.

I wrote about the Kawaii Box on July 30 and this is what I got in my Kawaii Box for August 2014.

I got my notification that I had a package to pick up at the post office on August 14 I believe but I waited some days before I went and picked it up, and I've just been procrastinating too much so that's why I haven't posted this blog-post before now, even though this is the August box and it's only 2 days left of this month. But since I'm a subscriber of the Kawaii Box I'll get one box each month so I'll try to write blog-posts about them just some day/s after I get them in the future.

You get this little “Thank youcard in your Kawaii Box, which I think is really nice.

This is all 11 items that was in my Kawaii Box for August 2014.
 A watermelon purse/pouch.
I do like watermelons but I'll probably never use this as a real wallet. I may use it as a temporary wallet some time if I'm just going somewhere and don't want to take my real wallet with me (which is obviously bigger and thicker than this) or I may use it to put something else in it. But I don't think that I'll use this regularly.
A cupcake ring with hearts on it.
This ring is pretty cute but I won't be able to use it unless I have slimmer fingers one day because it's really small. It seems like this ring is a kids size and not for adults, so I think they should have added a adjustable ring so everyone would be able to use it instead of adding this small one that you won't be able to use if unless you have slimmer fingers.
A Giraffe key-ring.
I do like Giraffes but I probably won't use this. I mean, how many key-rings do you need? I have a small Hello Kitty key-ring in metal on my key-chain and that's it. I may just put this somewhere or give it to someone who wants it.
A Kumamon charm.
I don't know who this character is and I don't think it's that cute and I can tell that it's not good quality either.
A Panda plush charm.
I do like Panda's but this is even worse quality than the bear charm. You may be able to see that the stitches have gone up a little over the Panda's left arm. I don't know if it was that way when I got it or if the stitches went up when I gave it to Pika. He was so curious when I opened my Kawaii Box so I gave it to him to distract him but he only played with it for a little while so it's clearly bad quality anyway. You can also see that the eyes and mouth have been glued on the Panda.
A Nail Art sheet.
I like to do my nails so I'll definitely try this nail art stickers some time!
A macaron charm.
I definitely like real macarons and I think this macaron charm looks pretty good. I can tell that this charm is in a better quality than the bear and panda charms, which is good. I probably won't use this as a charm or key-ring, but I may use it as a decoration in my future kitchen in my future own home.
Rilakkuma note papers.
I really like Rilakkuma and I really like note papers etc. so there's nothing I can dislike about this.
3 pencils, 3 rubbers and 1 pencil sharpener.
I think this stationery set is really cute and I love the color blue, animals and Christmas so this was definitely a stationery set for me.

A letter set.
I actually love and collect letter sets, so I obviously like this cute one.
A Kracie DIY candy kit.
Unfortunately I don't think that I'll ever make this because I don't think it will taste any good so therefore it won't be worth the time it would take to make it.

I really liked the nail artmacaron charm, Rilakkuma note papers, pencil set and letter set and I'll definitely use them all. I liked and may use the watermelon purse/pouch some time and I also liked the Cupcake ring and Giraffe key-ring but I won't have any use for either of them.

I liked 8 of the 11 things that I got in my Kawaii Box for August, even though I may only use 5 of them.
Of course I would have preferred if I liked all of the things I got in my box but I think it's normal to not like everything you get in these kind of subscription boxes, no matter what kind of boxes you're subscribed to. This box was my first Kawaii Box and as long as I enjoy getting a new box every month and like at least half of the items I get in each box, I definitely think it's worth it.

I'm already curious on what items I'll get in my Kawaii Box for September and that's also my Birthday month so I hope that the September box will be an extra good one!
