Johanna & Max wedding! ♥

Yesterday on June 30, 2012 was the day of Johanna & Max' wedding!

Their wedding was so beautiful! And not to mention Johanna, she really looked like a princess from a fairytale! She was so beautiful that I almost started crying every time I looked at her!

My Dad drove me and Angelica to the church 1 hour before the wedding was scheduled to start since Angelica had to talk with the priest (who's also Johanna's step-dad) since she was going to take photos of Johanna & Max in the church. So we got there very early and Johanna's mom, step-dad & siblings arrived at the same time as we did.

Since we were very early we just sat down in the church and talked and waited for more people to arrive and of course for the wedding to begin. The wedding was scheduled to start at 2pm (14:00).

When everyone was there and they closed the doors in the church I knew that the wedding was about to start! And the wedding started only some minutes after they'd close the doors to the church.

The moment when the doors opened and Johanna & Max walked down the aisle I was so close to starting crying because Johanna was so beautiful! I'm not even kidding, I had to bite my own teeth to keep myself from crying! And I had to keep biting my teeth the entire wedding to keep myself from crying. That's how beautiful the wedding was!

When they were declared husband & wife and the wedding was over, they walked down the aisle again. And after that everyone else walked out of the church to wait for them to come back. And then we all blew soap bubbles over them! Actually, I forgot to blow soap bubbles over them because I was busy staring at them and taking photos of them but I'm sure they forgive me for that.

When we'd finished blowing soap bubbles over them, we all said our congratulations to them before they walked upon their horse carriage! Johanna already looked like a princess and the horse carriage made their wedding to look even more like it came right from a fairytale!

When the horse-carriage had started to drive Johanna & Max away from the church and off to the castle (yes, castle, did I say fairytale wedding?!) everyone else walked to the cars to also drive to the castle. Johanna's grand-mom & grand-dad was so nice to let me & Angelica go with them so I didn't have to call my Dad to drive us.

Everyone arrived at the castle before Johanna & Max because obviously, cars are faster than a horse carriage. So we all were already at the castle waiting for them when they arrived. When they did arrive we walked down to the water to take photos of the newlyweds. And after that, we walked up to the castle again to take photos of them outside of the castle, and after that, we walked into the castle to start the celebration.

At first, Johanna & Max were supposed to cut off a red tape on the door before we all walked in but no one had put up the tape so they couldn't cut it off. I don't know if that was planned or not but it gave us all a good laugh!

When everyone had found their seat, we were served sandwich-cake.
After that, we got to see when Johanna & Max played a game. They were asked questions and then they were supposed to take up each other's shoe for the person who was the correct answer to the question.
They also had a quiz with 10 questions about them that we all got to answer and then they gave us the correct answers to the questions.

After that, we were served 2 different wedding cakes.
And when we'd finished Johanna & Max opened their wedding presents!

After that, the celebration was over and everyone started to leave. Johanna's grand-mom & grand-dad was nice again to give me & Angelica a ride home from the wedding so I didn't have to call my Dad to come to pick us up.

When we had written in their guest-book and said goodbye to Johanna & Max we left the wedding with Johanna's grand-mom, grand-dad & her sister and they were nice enough to drive us all the way home but they live very close to where my Dad lives so luckily there wasn't a detour for them.

Like I've already written at the top of this blog post, their wedding was so beautiful!
I'm so thankful and happy that they invited me to be a part of it because I wouldn't have wanted to miss it for anything in the world! It's a big thing to get married but it's also a big thing to get to see 1 of your best friends get married, so that's why I'm so happy that I got to be there to see it! It's definitely something that I always will remember and of course they will too.

I'm ending this blog-post by once again wishing both Johanna & Max a life filled with love & happiness!
